The hotel is ideally located , at the bambolim beach. The check in experience was a bit slow as the hotel seemed to be absolutely full cos of the weekend, but except for that the experience with the TAJ never lets you down. The room was facing the garden and the beach and I suggest to stay at the heritage wing for the ones who like the outdoors. As the rooms offer a good balcony to sit and get the uninterrupted view of the beach and the hotel pool side. The breakfast experience was 6 / 10 as the area is but cramped up to manage the load of the full occupancy. Though the hotel has opened another banquet room to manage the breakfast, and the captain assisted us to give us a seat at the banquet room ( which was in another wing ) but to our surprise there was awaiting even there. The spa experience is nothing less than blissful , and a must try, the spa which is in the new wing of the hotel, with absolutely plush modern interiors, the spa rooms are having unbelievable views of the ocean and the treatment was relaxing and the over experience is a beautiful memory.

Stay was very comfortable and staff are very polite. Rooms are neat and clean. Property is very well located near beach . Food quality was not good all the days I stayed at hotel. Food was served half fried, preserved. Cidade team Should improve the food quality. I guess they are having College of Hospitality in their campus where trainee shelfs are preparing food. Hence quality is not good.

We had a comfortable stay at the lovely heritage property..the staff was really warm especially Mr Rajaram and his team from the F&B (they celebrated our anniversary at the restaurant) and Ms.Anushka Gaonkar from the kidade play area activities section..My daughter and I really enjoyed learning new art and craft activities from Anushka,she is a wonderful person and an amazing teacher who makes children quite comfortable instantly...Looking forward to staying here again.

Had a lovely time with family. The Gazebo experience on the beach, for our anniversary was an out-of-the world experience. A special thanks to all who made it a memorable evening for us. The hot weather was more than compensated with the care and comfort that we basked in, in the property.

The location and vantage to the ocean was breathtaking. Reception desk provided great service and Veerabav was exceptional in ensuring a smooth check in. In room dining and room service can be improved. C2C restaurant was amazing, food was brilliant and staff was super helpful.
